The nurse went ahead and put O on IV fluids at 11:00. Still no word on the MRI. Luckily, O (along with Daddy) is still enjoying a nice long nap and seems to be doing just fine.
Dr. K came in a bit ago and discussed going back on clonazepam instead of clobazam, since he would have expected better results from the new drug by now, and also adding a second drug. There are different classes of seizure meds, each working to control seizures in different ways. O would be on 2 drugs, each from a different class of seizure med.
Due to the late MRI and the need to draw a large volume of fasting bloods first thing tomorrow morning, discharge has been changed to tomorrow.
Mama needs a glass of wine.
