Otis had his 2 month checkup on August 10. He weighed in at 14 pounds and 23.5 inches. He's clearly not missing any meals! He had his first round of immunizations which was kind of hard for Mommy and Daddy to watch, but the nurse was a pro and administered the 3 shots in a matter of seconds (or so it seemed). Otis spent the rest of the day not feeling well, but was back to normal by the next morning. He's making all kinds of fun new sounds, including many that sound a lot like George, the cranky old cat that used to hang around our old house on Alabama Street. He seems to hate tummy time a little less these days. Either that, or he's finally just resigned himself to the fact that there's no getting out of it!
